Curt Viebranz, Executive Chairman

Most recently, Curt Viebranz was President of Platform-A, the ad network division of AOL. Viebranz joined AOL in September 2007 with its acquisition of TACODA where he was the CEO. Curt was one of TACODA’s original investors and Board members. Curt spent 17 years at Time Warner and its predecessor company, Time Inc. During that time, Curt held numerous senior management positions with operating responsibility for major businesses both in the U.S. and abroad. He has also served as President of HBO International, the international arm of Time Warner’s Home Box Office unit. He was the first president of Time Inc. Multimedia, the new media division of Time Inc., Time Warner’s book and magazine publishing subsidiary. Earlier, he also served as President of Time Inc. Europe and of HBO Video. Curt holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Middlebury College. Curt also moonlights as a beekeeper.

Daniel Jaye, CEO

Daniel Jaye has held many leadership roles in Internet advertising and privacy space. He is the author of key web privacy standards, has been an advisor to the Federal Trade Commission, co-founded of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), and holds early patents in behavioral targeting and internet privacy. Daniel is credited with the invention of online behavioral targeting. Daniel is the former President of TACODA, bought by AOL in 2007, and the Chairman and CTO of Permissus from 2001 to 2005. He founded and was the CTO of Engage from 1995 to 2001 and was the acting CTO of CMGI from 1995 to 1999. Daniel has a BA in Astronomy and Astrophysics & Physics from Harvard University. Daniel also makes a mean Nutty Flip. Just don’t plan on doing anything for a couple of hours after eating.

Matthew Goldstein, EVP Operations

Prior to joining Korrelate, Matthew Goldstein served as COO of Peer39. Matthew served as the SVP, Business Operations at TACODA, where he was one of the key executives responsible for the explosive growth of the company through its acquisition by AOL in 2007. Prior to TACODA, Matthew had been with MTV Networks since 1989 serving last as Vice President of Online Ad Operations. He was also Vice President, Business Development and Operations for Nickelodeon Online. Matthew received a B.A. in from the George Washington University and a Masters in Business Administration from Fordham University. He lives in Lower Manhattan with his wife and three children. Matthew provides Korrelate’s kinetic energy without the benefit of caffeine.

Randall McAdory, VP Sales

McAdory joined Korrelate from Jumpstart Automotive Group, where he was Vice President, National Sales. At Jumpstart, McAdory was responsible for more than 70 percent of the company’s digital and print ad revenue. Prior to Jumpstart, he worked as Director of Automotive Sales for AOL for nearly three years, leading strategy and execution of auto ad revenue for AOL and its Platform A advertising entity. Earlier in his career, McAdory also worked in brand management at Daimler Chrysler and Chrysler. Randall moonlights as a sports photographer. He has some very serious gear.

Scott Sprunger, Director Engineering

Scott Sprunger brings more than 25-years of software design and development experience to Korrelate; from mainframe to web 2.0. Scott also has a deep understanding of technology operations, most recently as an advisor to Gilt Groupe, focusing on global system performance and reliability. Prior to this, he managed the portal infrastructure for WebMD
and Medscape, playing a key role in the development and implementation of HIPAA compliance, and secure communications applications. Many years in the medical and insurance industries have provided significant experience protecting sensitive information, which is being taken to the next level with our O2O™ platform. It¹s no secret; his greatest aspiration is to compete in a USGA championship although they might have to add a super-senior division.

Matt Sokoloff, Product Management

Matt Sokoloff joined Korrelate from Tribune Interactive where he was a Sr. Product Manager. Matt’s projects included a redesign and CMS buildout for all of the Tribune newspapers. Prior to joining Tribune Matt has worked in various roles at media companies from ABC News to Cox Broadcasting. Matt received a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Missouri. Matt is our resident expert on all things Apple. Feel free to ask him anything.

Jimmy Secretan, Ph.D. – Principal Scientist

Jimmy Secretan received his Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida as an NSF Graduate Fellow. His dissertation focused on large-scale architectures for privacy-preserving data mining. He has published in numerous other areas including machine learning, data mining, evolutionary computing, human computer interaction, crisis informatics and wireless networking. He has led several large-scale computing efforts, from $1M+ military simulators to research systems with tens of thousands of participants. He can also shoot lasers from his eyeballs.
